A Child Loaned
I'll lend you for a little time a child of mine', he said,
'For you to love the while she lives, and mourn for when she's dead.
She may be six or seven years, or even two or three,
But will you, till I call her back, take care of her for me?
She'll bring her charm to gladden you, and, should her stay be brief,
You'll have her lovely memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there I want this child to learn.
I've looked the wide world over in my search for teachers true
And from the throng that crowd life's lanes I have selected you.
Now will you give her all your love, nor think the labour's vain,
Nor hate me when I come to call and take her back again?'
I fancied that I heard them say, 'Dear Lord, thy will be done,
For all the joys thy child shall bring the risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter her with tenderness, we'll love her while we may
And for the happiness we've known for ever grateful stay.
But, should the angels call for her much sooner than we'd planned
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes and try to understand.

Hello Lynette, it was lovely to meet you too on saturday, Ellesse is a beautiful young girl and Lola is so adorable. Im sure Elenor is very proud of her sisters and of course her big bro Dominic. I know I havent really got to know you all at OFB yet but you made me feel very welcome and I appreciate that because I was very nervous. I left with a banging headache but I was glad I went.

You good girl you,...... helping mummy get your little sister her so safe.... her name is Lola Annabelle and she knows all about you already sweetheart...... she has had all her tests done and she is healthy sweetheart and i know that you made her healthy so mummy didnt have to suffer anymore pain.
Its made me realise just how lucky i am as i know other mummys cant have any more babies..... Its also made me realise but i alreadt knew just how ill you were sweetheart i just wish they would have found out sooner and you still might be here.
Even tho your sister is here i will never ever stop thinking about you sweetheart but you already know that hunny i just love you so so much and i miss you like no one will ever understand
